Beautiful but a bit uncomfortable

Pros: Great location, beautiful property Very lovely receptionist Nice food at attached restaurant

Cons: Very hard bed Uncomfortable dining chairs We used our terrace to do yoga but got filthy as floor of terrace needed mopping

Pros: Excellent pick up and drop off. Nice staff, excellent on site restaurant and a supermarket opposite in a nice area and quiet considering so close to the airport

Our Go To...

Pros: We always stay here after a long journey from the UK. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The food is delicious. The beds are so comfy. The garden and pool are beautiful, and so welcome 😁 We also stay here before we fly back, as it's close to SJO airport and we get (picked up &) dropped off included in the price! Fantastic. Highly recommend ☺️

Pros: The hotel Is very nice, well decorated with plants and clean (both the outside and the inside of the room). The staff was very kind and helpful. The free shuttle service was well organised, they even pick us up directly from the closed-by car rental, instead of the airport terminal.

Cons: Our flight was early in the morning, so we had to leave at 5.30. we had breakfast included, but the restaurant opens only at 7. They offered us to have a breakfast box to carry away. However the tale out breakfast is very disappointing, with a coffe, a banana and a very basic and small cheese toast. I think they could make the take away breakfast option a bit more appealing.

Very good start to th holiday and put us at ease in a country that we were visiting for the first time.

Pros: They picked us up from the airport very quickly. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and informative. Check in easy and staff helpful. The restaurant on site was good with home made pizzas. Exceptional shower in the room. Good start to the holiday.

Cons: Some rooms have outdoor staircases so not as accessible if you have limited mobility.

Wonderful place to stay, close to the San Jose airport

Pros: All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They prepared a breakfast to go for us for early morning trips and were very flexible in picking us up and dropping us off via their shuttle.
