Good position and quality for price.

Pros: It was in a good position, close to the airport (not too much) and close to the places we wanted to visit. The owner was super-kind, and helped us a lot. The apartment was big and comfortable.

Cons: The pretty old stove was not turning on, and could not be used, unfortunately. But we didn't ask for instructions, so maybe we did something wrong. A bit noisy at night, but the road is there, there is little to be done there.

Our stay was comfortable and felt secure. It's really nice to have free parking within a locked gate.

Pros: The apartment is well furnished and equipped. Finally, we found a place in Costa Rica that has a great shower with hot water and lots of pressure! The woman who runs the place is very approachable and helpful, friendly, nurturing and bright.

Cons: The location is great for an airport stay! I can't think of anything that I don't like. Restaurants are within walking or uber distance.
