Homewood Suites By Hilton Cariari San Jose

nice and freash

Pros: The room was big and the cleaning service was great, the hotel is new and nice. They allowed us to check out 1 hour later. Nice beds! Free laundary machines, you just need to buy the detergent at the reception

Cons: There is no shower around the swimming pool. There was a queue for laundry in the evening as they have only 2 +2 machines :)

Pros: It’s perfect for staying near the airport. It’s clean and comfortable and convenient. The staff are very nice. our flight was delayed 5h and they extended our stay. Thank you

Pros: Quite new so things worked well. Quite modern luxury. And you could walk to the other side of the street and visit another Hilton with a nice pool with greenery and more cozy facilities. They had a very nice area for sitting and working.

Cons: The whole hotel was very cold. And not vacation cozy. But I guess it is more minded for businesspeople with suits. It was not for shorts and t-shirts or you would freeze. I could not pay in cash, because they could not give change! Their instruction on the shuttle was not good enough when not coming from the main terminal in the airport and I was on a walk in the wrong area and it was frustrating, and at the same time they did not answer messages on booking.com any more. Disappointing. I subtracted a number from the score because of these issues.

Pros: I loved the location and how clean and modern it was.

Cons: I can't think of anything. I will be staying here again.

Immaculate property!

Pros: New. Spotless. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, particularly the young man who was on duty overnight at the front desk. (Sorry, I don’t recall his name.)

Cons: Outside traffic was a bit noisy, but not too bad.

Pros: I had just been released from the hospital after emergency surgery. The comfort and staff competence was more than welcome. This will be our go to hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica. Really well designed rooms.

Pros: Nyt og rent. Dejligt poolområde. Fremragende service, også da min søn skulle have lægehjælp.

Bom custo x benefício

Pros: Check in e check out fáceis. Café da manhã excelente, com muita variedade.

Pros: Todo excelente excepto que el agua no estaba del todo caliente, la ubicación perfecto, muy cerca del aeropuerto

Cons: Que el agua de la regadera salió tibia
