Great for your first or last day in CC.

Pros: - Gym, Pools, Buffet, location, friendly staff. The gym really is a proper gym, allowing locals to join, so you really have all the gear. Watch out, some dumbbells might be found in very different spots than you‘d expect them.

Cons: Didn‘t realize I‘d have to walk ‚outside‘ along the pool, to get to the gym. With Jetlag I thought I’d go workout at 4 or 5am (it opens at 5), but somehow that didn‘t really appeal then. Its all big and airy. But its a decent gym!

Great hotel and location and pool, check gym times carefully

Pros: We loved the decor and the big rooms and fridge. The hotel interior was great really quirky and interesting, the staff were helpful, we loved the pool and swim up bar.

Cons: We booked this hotel because of the gym, when we asked at reception what time the gym opened he told us 9am, we got there at 12.45 and after 15 minutes we were kicked out due to it closing at 1pm! This was never mentioned when we asked the time and we would have gone earlier; it was really disappointing as we wanted to use the gym and we got 10 minutes!

Reasonable but expensive for food tha was not enough of.

Pros: The food wasn't abundant and was expensive for what was left

Convenient, friendly staff, nice entrance

Pros: It was perfect for flying in and out of San Jose. Not loads around but if you’re happy to walk then there’s some nice restaurants around.

Cons: Nothing bothered me personally but maybe an update on the building and the tv possibly.

Pros: Nice pool, lovely staff, comfortable bed with various pillow options

Cons: Especially the bathrooms could be in better shape

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Room was a little bit old fashion

Pros: The pool area is amazing and my room was splendid with my own yacuzzi! I also had my own clothing room. It was also one of the first hotel rooms where I did not freeze during the night, which I usually I do with the aircon. The personnel was amazing, especially Gustavo from the reception, and staff from the restaurant s7ch as Johnnathan and the breakfast as well as the lobby personnel. I felt well taken care of at all times. The breakfast is rich and good.

Cons: Unfortunately my room was close to the ice machine and the room for cleaning supplies, so there a lot of noise going on every once in a while. Given however how much of a bargain I made with my room and own yacuzzi and dressing room, that was nothing too worry about.

Pros: The room was lovely and modern. It has a lovely pool but I had no time to use it which was a shame. It is very close to the airport. It is a very large hotel with a casino and restaurant and gym.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: My stay was very good overall. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, and they even accepted my late request for a late check-in (with an extra charge of $50)

Cons: However, there are some points that need improvement. The property looks old and the maintenance service is poor. Many parts of the hotel clearly need renovation and upgrading to match the cost charged
