Perfect spot to spend a calm night after a long international flight. Really lovely helpful front of desk

Pros: Clean, very friendly helpful front desk. We had a very short stay.. arrived late and left early so didn’t really have a chance to experience it fully

Cons: Lighting can always be improved in bedrooms

Very convenient location to stay for airport arrivals and departures.

Pros: A lovely property outside the city with a pool and surrounding views.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was clean and staff were helpful.

Pros: Clean, bright, comfortable beds and pillows, well stocked, amazing bathroom, attentive staff, private parking with gate, they stayed up late for us to arrive!

Cons: The breakfast was just ok. But overall it was a small consideration as the rest was amazing.

Pros: The staff is wonderful. They arranged a pick up at the airport. They were waiting with a sign. Breakfast was out standing.

Pros: The decor of the Hotel is very nice and the photos fit the reality. The room was spacious and had all the amenities one could want in a hotel room. Everything was immaculately clean and we felt totally safe there plus our car could be parked within the gate. Highly recommend. Excellent value for the price.

Nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast

Pros: The property is clean and the rooms are nice. I liked that we were right by the pool so could watch our kids from the room. Breakfast was nice.

Cons: At the start we got into a debate/argument with a member of staff around use of the sofa bed. I had booked a junior suite for my 3 kids that was advertised as having two double beds and a sofa bed. When we arrived we asked for the sofa bed that was in the room to be made up and were told we had to pay extra for use of it. I had specifically booked a room with three beds so that my kids wouldn’t share a bed and was really disappointed with the approach taken by this member of staff. I was told the room needed to be booked for 5 or 6 people for the sofa bed to be included. We ‘debated’ this point for quite a while before I walked off. To be gates to the hotel about half an hour later a different member of staff together with the individual I had spoken to came to our room and said they would make an exception and would make up the sofa bed showing my son to use it. Whilst I am grateful that they did the right thing in the end, this did mar the start of our stay.

Good for a stay if you have the budget

Pros: A fancy, old fashioned place next to a golf court. It is quiet and seems to be a good place for families as well. It is from a different age and reminds of a mansion from very rich people 🙂 The staff was very friendly
