Pros: The staff was very lovely and welcoming. We only stayed for one night before our flight back home. The location is convenient, there's a bunch of restaurants just a 2 minute walk away. Big room, nice pool, lots of seating areas outside.

Close to airport great place to stay before flying home

Pros: Very clean and nicely laid out, very nice pool area

Cons: Bad wifi not too bad in common areas but useless in your room

Pros: Perfect location if want to be close to the airport. My room was basic, but spacious. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Due to a cancelled flight I had to change my reservation last minute, and this was no problem at all.

Cons: The door in the room is quite thin, so it can be noisy if there’s people in the hallway.

Good stay, comfortable and plenty restaurants nearby about 15-20 minutes from the airport

Pros: Well laid, big double bed, beautiful pool and helpful staff

Cons: Disinfectant smell when entering the room

Pros: Grat Pool and gym great breakfast very accommodating . Oli allowed us leave our main luggage for a few days while we went to Tortuguero. When we returned we had a late flight and We stayed at the pool until 4 pm

Really nice spotless clean hotel

Pros: Really nice hotel. Spotless clean. Close to airport. Very quiet which I prefer. Pool a bit cold but was refreshing in the April heat. Would definitely visit again.

Pros: Nice neighborhood. Beautiful pool. Short walk to a nice shopping center with restaurants, shops and Fresh Market. Easy Uber ride to the airport.

Cons: I was hoping for happy hour at the pool but the restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Lovely hotel away from downtown San Jose and good value

Pros: Good location out of the centre of San Jose, it felt safe there and only a 5 minute walk away from some very good restaurants. Not too far from the airport, the room was lovely and we enjoyed the pool.

Cons: I think Covid has probably affected the property as it was very quiet, the bar didn't open and breakfast was brought to you with no choice, but it suited us fine and I would stay there again.
