Good position for visiting the MonteVerde forests

Pros: Lovely view of field and trees, excellent for watching the birds. The two bedrooms are either side of the kitchen and all 3 rooms are accessed from the private veranda.

Cons: Hob was tricky to operate.

Pros: We had a great stay in Santa Elena. The room is large and the living room is bright with a view over the nearby countryside, besides, our host, Johana, is a wonderful person who likes sharing her experience.

An amazing get away in Monteverde at a great price point!

Pros: A truly great experience! The host exuded warmth and hospitality, making our stay exceptional. The facilities left nothing to be desired, offering all the comforts of home. Nestled in a perfect location, close to town yet peacefully tranquil. And oh, the view of the Nicoya Peninsula was simply mesmerizing for the sunset! A definite must-visit for anyone seeking an affordable yet amazing stay in Monteverde

Cons: nothing - all was great, especially at the price point.

Convenient, clean and comfortable place with magnificent sunsets

Pros: We liked having our own kitchen with the possibility to store groceries, allowing us to make much of our own food. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a really nice view of the surroundings. The place has marvelous sunsets. There are numerous places nearby to eat and/or buy groceries, many within walking distance. The host graciously offered to take us to slightly more distant guided events.

Cons: We had no major inconveniences. A minor one was that one of the rooms was missing a blind or shade for one of the windows and a neighbor's motion activated outdoor light kept going on and off during our windy stay. Also, the kitchen table had signs of active termites (we saw a small pile of frass each day).

Pros: great big room, optional breakfast, they offer laundry services with same day delivery; big common room to cook / hang around

Cons: a bit too noisy eith the direct wind hitting the walls on the first floor

Pros: C’est propre. La chambre est spacieuse. On accède facilement en voiture. Il y a une grande cuisine. L’auvent devant la chambre permet d'apprécier les beaux couchers de soleil et de sécher son linge quand il pleut. Et il pleut beaucoup ...

Cons: La rue où se trouve l’hôtel est une zone industrielle. Il manque des lumières dans le jardin et les chemins menant à la chambre qui est au fond du jardin sont sombres et il y a des trous. Des veilleuses soliaires seraient bienvenues.

Pros: Instalaciones modernas , todo muy limpio, muy bien ubicado a 3 min del centro en auto. Personal muy atento, tuve perfecta comunicación en todo momento. Tiene un salón comedor muy completo para comer allí ,desayunar etc

Pros: Die Lage ist unschlagbar, tolle Aussicht. Sehr ruhige Lage aber dennoch schnell an den wichtigsten Punkten

Pros: - Großes Bett - super freundliches Personal - viele Empfehlungen - sauber

Cons: - die Küche hatte einen nicht ganz so angenehmen Geruch
