An exceptional stay. Sima went above and beyond!

Pros: Sima was exceptional. She paid exquisite attention to detail and made our stay incredibly comfortable. The suite was beautifully decorated, and the pool was absolutely lovely. She even gifted us a bottle of champagne for New Year’s Eve and kindly gave us a lift to our next destination. Sima truly went above and beyond—5+++ stars. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: The room was very clean and well maintained, location is walking distance to many stores. Sima was very responsive to our needs. Definitely recommend it when in Uvita!

Cons: We would have liked to have a stove in the kitchenette to prepare something quick for breakfast.

Loved it!

Pros: We had a great time. We loved to see the birds at our balcony en hear the noises of monkeys. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything you need. It is close to the supermarkt, shops, soda’s en restaurants. Rosa was such a sweet host and was always available for advice/helping.

Great stay in Uvita !

Pros: - super quiet - rooms lovely and exactly as expected - shower powerful and hot - really comfy bed and strong AC - nice pool area - small hotel - really friendly and helpful owner

Cons: - nothing we didn’t like but more to be aware of. Booking says there is a washing machine available to use which isn’t really the case. It’s more of a laundry service which is $15 and washing comes back washed and folded. We had bought our own detergent which was slightly annoying but it all came back perfectly

Wonderful stay in Uvita

Pros: Beautiful and super clean hotel, cute rooms , nice pool, great location, super Host, great massages and services

Cons: There is no really an included breakfast and you need to preorder 24 hours in advance, however there are nice cafes in town 5 minutes walk.

A lovely stay

Pros: The property feels very private - there are only four studios and our party were the only guests there. Rosa has decorated the place really nicely and the pink building is super cool. The pool area is such a relaxing place and Rosa plays really nice chill music in the area. The studio kitchen is really well equipped, nice toiletries for the shower, complimentary beer and coffee and Rosa gives you a separate towel for the pool and beach, which is a nice touch! Rosa herself is one of the friendliest hosts we’ve met - she is super attentive, so responsive via WhatsApp and gave us great recommendations (including Seba’s restaurant which is a must-visit). Thank you Rosa!

Pros: Rosa was a super attentive host. She took great care of us. Helped us get settled in Uvita and helped us find a whale watching tour. The place itself is super nice. Very comfy and nice. The location is great. Supermarket, bakery and some shopping are in a walking distance.

Perfect stay

Pros: We really loved staying here. Rosa was so attentive, the suite was really nicely decorated, new and super clean. The pool area is really cute too. Felt like we had our own little private apartment, as we also had a parking spot. Super close to everything you might need by foot - bakery, restaurants, bar, supermarket…as well as by car to playa Hermosa and the center of Uvita. Definitely recommend it as a base in Uvita !!

Amazing apartments and wonderful hosts!

Pros: The apartments are super clean and well-equipped! The furniture looks really nice/modern and so does the pool area. Also, the owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning!

Cons: Nothing, we truly loved everything!

In a great neighbourhood, very clean and comfortable, five minutes walk to good restaurants, bakeries and shops.

Pros: Stylish, well appointed rooms and comfortable beds and pillows, small but attractive pool area.

Cons: Rooms are very compact but fine for a few days.
