Apartamentos Mansión Tropical

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds, felt secure, walking distance from the bus terminal, friendly staff.

Cons: Windows only to the courtyard (kind of like a hallway) with minimal daylight, but for a one night stop like we did it didn't matter.

Pros: Location is convenient = short walk from city center (bus, shops, restaurants) but in a quiet zone. It had sufficient hot water. Wifi was stable.

Excellent

Pros: Excellent stay. The flat was large for 2 people, with a big kitchen and nice bathroom. Very clean. Very good location, close to the town center, restaurants and bars. They have a secured gated parking space for cars. They also arranged a guided tour in Manuel Antonio for us, we really enjoyed that!

Pros: Nice kitchen with a coffee maker and toaster so you will be able to make your own breakfast. A few minutes on foot to the supermarket or to the restaurant.

Comfortable stay for a very fair price.

Pros: We had a good stay in the Mansion Tropical. The room is coomfortable, has a good A/C, clean bathroom and hot shower. It could be a bit more spacious and offer more room to hang or put clothes, but is ok for a few nights. The parking lot is private and safe. The staff, especially Justin, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was ok, although not very good. We needed it to be on time one morning before an early tour, and it was served very punctually.

PERFECT Location

Pros: The staff were super friendly and welcoming — we really appreciated the coffee and cake on arrival. The laundry service was convenient, and we also had access to a nice outdoor space. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything we needed was available.

Excellent value for money!

Pros: Feels very comfortable with the kitchen included in the room All of the kitchen equipment was in good condition, for example no scraped pots and pans. The fridge had a good sized freezer. Very clean and fresh smelling hotel! Friendly staff Very good value for money Quepos is a small town so there are lots of shops and cafes to explore It feels like a home from home It offers a laundry service which is excellent, and so helpful, as no local self serve laundrette.

Cons: A very noisy bunch of Italian tourists arrived, but that is no fault of the hotel.

Great place to stay in Quepos

Pros: Clean with all the amenities They let us in before check-in to park our car and use their bathroom to change our clothes They also did laundry for us.

Great place at a great value

Pros: Cleanliness, friendliness and how comfortable the place was. The a/c and the fan worked seamlessly well. The shower was a dream come true after sweltering day at the beach. Really well run establishment in great location and secured garage. Booked one night buy stayed two. Planning to stay there again on our way back from Osa Penninsula.

Cons: Nothing that we could think of.

The room was great. The communication with staff could be better.

Pros: The room was great with a heated shower and fridge and kitchen amenities. AC was good as well. Secure parking was a plus.

Cons: The communication with staff after check in could be improved. We weren’t sure how to leave the keys upon checkout and found that no one was around the night before or the morning we checked out so left keys on the desk.
