Pros: We enjoyed the trails and really great option of food on site. There are some lovely waterfalls. There is always someone to help out

Cons: It feels like it is not the end product. Sometimes communication was tricky if you don't speak spanish and some of the bridges on the trail were broken

Wonderful natural location

Pros: This cabin is simply beautiful. I rate it very high because it is exactly what we were looking for. It is situated in a private wooded setting with the next cabin some distance away. It has a full kitchen with gas hob, fridge, sink and sufficient equipment to be independent. The upstairs bed is very comfortable and there are two outside seating areas, one at the front and another with table and chairs upstairs at the rear. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served, which was good and evening meals are available which were also good. Note it closes early. Now, to be sure you will agree with us, note that the approach road is long and very rough, just ok with a regular car. Access to the cabin is over a suspension bridge and a steep narrow spiral staircase. Difficult with bags. Be sure you are happy with this if you are going to enjoy your stay.

Cons: This is no big deal, but there is a weird app based system to control the lights. Took a while to set up. The owners were very responsive on WhatsApp to help, but a switch would be so much easier!

Peaceful chalet

Pros: Beautiful chalet in wilderness close to waterfalls. Peaceful environment.

Cons: Very remote location could be a problem for some people, we were glad we had four wheel drive car.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet était fantastique. Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse infinie.

Außergewöhnliches Häuschen in toller Landschaft

Pros: Super schöne Lage. Sehr ruhig mitten im Dschungel gelegen. Das schöne Häuschen ist super und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und lieb. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, und es wurde abends nur für uns gekocht. Nachts waren ganz viele Tiere und der Wasserfall zu hören. Man kann von dort direkt eine Wanderung zu 6 Wasserfällen machen. Es führen Hängebrücken zu den Häuschen, das ist abenteuerlich schön. Gepäck sollte man im Auto lassen und nur einen Rucksack mitnehmen. Der letzte Kilometer zur Unterkunft führt über Schotter. Wir fanden alles toll und außergewöhnlich.😍

Mooi verblijf!!!

Pros: Een mooie ruime bungalow, met keuken. Heel groot bed. De locatie: 20 minuten rijden van Catarata del toro en de blue falls. Zelf hebben ze ook op hun landgoed watervallen en kan je er hiken (alleen hebben wij dat niet gedaan). Je kunt er avond eten krijgen, wat erg goed is. En het ontbijt is ook supergoed.

Cons: Het enige nadeel is dat je over een wankele brug en zeer smalle wenteltrap naar je huisje moet, waardoor je geen koffer mee kunt nemen. Voor ons was dat een nadeel, omdat dit de laatste locatie was voordat we naar het vliegveld gingen en daardoor een slechte mogelijkheid hadden om onze koffers te herorganiseren.

Pros: Todo, el lugar es hermoso, todo muy limpio El chalet es bellísimo y esta muy completo Mucha naturaleza, cascadas hermosas, senderos increíbles Muy fácil de llegar, entre en un carro normal y llegue muy bien Excelente atención, respondieron pronto todas mis consultas Y el desayuno super rico :)

Hermosa cabaña.

Pros: Todo muy bonito, acogedor, perfecto para conectar con la naturaleza. Muy cómodo. Cada detalle bien cuidado.

Cons: Tuve acceso limitado a los senderos pq en lo q uno llega, hace check in y se prepara ya oscureció y no puedes disfrutar de ellos. Caminos de tierra, llovió demasiado y no me atreví a salir a cenar y no habían opciones dentro del lugar. Incomodo acceso a las cabañas, no se puede llevar maleta, solo bulto de mano.

delightful location with wonderful trails. Also short drive to other falls as well. We loved our stay!

Pros: So nice to have hiking trails to waterfalls right out our door! And fresh food just steps away despite being very remote. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: Perhaps it was in the listing and I know cold showers are often standard in Costa Rica, but a warm shower would have definitely been nice. Also, would have really been nice to have a screen door upstairs to listen to the rain and enjoy the night critter sounds without having to worry about bug bites.

Heerlijk rustig.

Pros: Heerlijk rustige omgeving, in de jungle. Een eigen waterval om te bezoeken, wij waren helemaal alleen. Om er te komen langs de boeren met koeien, dat wel erg leuk. Een loopbrug om naar je kamer te gaan.

Cons: De wifi kon beter, die viel regelmatig weg. Wat erg onhandig was, was de lichtschakelaar, die zit aan de buitenkant waardoor er in de nacht de insecten eroverheen gaan en het ligt aandoen als je probeert te slapen (touchscreen).
