Hotel Mountain Paradise

Pros: Outstanding visit. Honestly, everybody is so kind. The nature is incredible..i will definitely go again

Great location and view of Arenal volcano

Pros: Great pool and wet bar and loved the view of the volcano (lucky enough the one morning where no cloud cover!). Large comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Very quiet and picturesque resort, deep in nature.

Pros: The gardens were well maintained and beautiful. Pool area was lovely, however pool was a little cool and the hot tub area was no different in temperature than the main pool.

Pros: Loved the view and the very unusual bathroom waterfall shower. The pool had a great view too. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch in the restaurant. It's set in absolutely beautiful gardens which are amazing, Luckily the room had good A/C.

Cons: Rooms are adequate but not exactly luxuriously furnished. It would be good to have some dim bedside lights not just overhead lights. Also the property is very spread out, which is nice, but does mean our room was 5-10 mins walk from the pool/lobby/restaurant/car park area (uphill one way).

Pros: Location and view are amazing, and the service is fabulous.

Cons: I have just a few suggestions: install lights along the pathways for nighttime and add house number signs to make them easier to find; otherwise, people might get lost. For breakfast, add a bit more seasonal fruit and juices since we’re in Costa Rica, and there's no shortage of good options!

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable large rooms, but could do with better breakfast & wifi.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings and well kept rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool small but lovely with a bar alongside it.

Cons: Breakfast was average. Breakfast tables could have been cleaned better. Wifi signal was very weak inside our room which was frustrating.

Pros: The situation was perfect, the staff were incredibly helpful, the room was lovely. The snack food around the pool bar was good, we had a wonderful stay.

Cons: The food in the restaurant should be better for the price. One very minor dissatisfaction was the seating around the pool bar - hard, uncomfortable bar stools.

A wonderful experience - our family enjoyed it!

Pros: Our villa was nice. The pool and swim up bar were a lot of fun after a long day exploring.

Cons: No real complaints-

Pros: Great location, pool area was great as was the food and service! Rooms were clean and comfortable, the tour we booked through the hotel was brilliant!

Cons: Rooms were a little outdated, could do with updating
