Hotel Cabañas La Teca

Pros: Very helpful staff, cooked great dinner and breakfast, comfortable beds. Large cabin. Great pool with neat artistic mural.

Cons: Somewhat tired/ run down.

Pros: The kitty Luna made our stay perfect! We were missing our own kitty's. The facility was beautiful very popular with locals on the weekend. Food great staff helpful. The manager took us to the airport at 4am!

Would definitely stay here again

Pros: The rooms were the cutest cabins. They were big and ours had bunk beds and 2 double beds. The garden was so nice, there was a friendly cat, the breakfast was yummy and the pool was fun.

Cons: There were no toiletries in the bathroom and our garbage didn’t get taken out after the first night so there were some ants getting at it. The breakfast portions weren’t huge, they were decent but we could have eaten a little more.

Pros: As we arrived late, one of the staff members took us back to liberia so we could grab some food it was really appreciated as the hotel kitchen closed a 7pm I went for some drinks while we waited for our food to be ready and got to try the cassic chilligaro with is one of their specialty shots Breakfast and dinner was great and staff is friendly, we loved the cabanas we were in! Alcohol available on site Good spot to start of the trip in Costa Rica

Cons: The pool wasn't has expected the water looked OK but could of been cleaner over-all feel wasn't the same as in the pictures as the paint aged a little and wasn't maintained.

Good base for adventures in Costa Rica

Pros: Cute campus with pool and bar/restaurant. Beautiful gardens and private cabins for guests. Really lovely place.

Quite, not too far from Liberia airport

Pros: Unique cabins, clean & set in a lovely quiet garden & Good breakfast included.

Full of love, charm, and heart. A perfect oasis near the airport.

Pros: This place was full of charm! The owners do it all and I admire their hard work and dedication to the property. It felt like we were welcomed into their home, giving it more an AirBnB vibe than a hotel. Our meals were fantastic, the cabin was clean and cozy, the pool, although needing a fresh coat of paint, was clean and refreshing, and the grounds were well manicured. We had the whole place to ourselves and it definitely felt safe and secure. The whole time I was thinking this place would be great for a family reunion or a group get together. It was a wonderful spot to spend our last night in Costa Rica before flying out the next day.

pleasant experience- very friendly staff

Pros: having our own cottage was great - it was spacious and clean. The pool and area were great for the kids to hang out. They had a restaurant and food there was good, but you have to come with the expectation that it won't be there in 10 mins - basically the waiter is the cook and he makes one meal after the other. Food was good and very reasonably priced for the portions. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room. The cottage even had a TV.

Cons: The location is quite industrial, so you get here over a dirt road and they close the gate at 10pm so there is no way in or out again. We were there on a Sunday, where it seems non residents come to party, swim and drink. It was loud and there was no place to sit. Can't blame them for making extra money that way, but the pool was very soggy that evening then.

Comfortable cabins to come home to after long treks in Rincon de la Vieja.

Pros: The room had comfortable beds, clean, and air conditioned. My kids loved the loft beds and television.

Cons: The only option for breakfast was their traditional breakfast. After eating it every day it's not as pleasing.

Overall, my stay was superb.

Pros: I enjoyed the traditional breakfast and the atmosphere of the room.

Cons: The pool was dirty
