Pros: We loved our little tree house, it had everything you needed to be self sufficient for a couple of nights, although there are some nice places to eat nearby. It was very comfortable and cozy, with a little heater for chilly evenings. Our host was really helpful when is came to making arrangements to visit nearby attractions. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.
Cons: NOT A COMPLAINT, just a tip. If you ran the shower at full power the water was warm, turn it down a little for a good hot shower 😁

Pros: We originally planned to stay at Jungle Living Tree Houses [1] for just one night, but the place is so magical that we immediately extended our stay to two nights. And we don’t regret it for a second! The accommodation is absolutely amazing. Spending a night in a tree house in the middle of the jungle is an unforgettable experience. Everything is clean, comfortable and blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. A big plus deserves the owner – he is incredibly helpful, friendly and was able to arrange all the activities and transfers for us to our complete satisfaction. Thanks to him, our stay was even more enjoyable and carefree. We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for peace, adventure and great service in Monteverde. We will definitely be back!

A great experience .
Pros: A fabulous , unusual place to stay. The house was really well finished , lined with wood which just added to the whole tree house feel. The kitchen was well equipped and you could easily have made all your meals . The balcony was a great place to sit and listen to the jungle sounds .
Cons: Very little storage space for clothes .

If you want a unique stay in a jungle treehouse- this is the place! Amazing!
Pros: If you want to stay in the jungle, in a treehouse, surrounded by wildlife- then this is the place! We saw monkeys, butterflies, birds, coatis and more. The treehouse itself was comfortable and cosy, and it was a beautiful balcony to sit and observe the wildlife. Edwin was extremely helpful and very good communication. We would happily stay again!

Pros: Great jungle escape in Monteverde. The cabin itself is quite small but managed with 2 people and a large suitcase. Nice clean washroom and kitchen was equipped with standard kitchenware, cutlery, etc which was useful to make some basic meals. The outside balcony/patio is the real selling point, it was so lovely to sit outside and listen to the animals or watch the rain. We saw a coati or two and a fair few birds. There were a few spiders and insects that would find their way inside, but it is the jungle after all! The host provided us with a map and recommendations of restaurants and activities which was great. It was significantly cooler in the evenings so make sure to pack some layers! Overall enjoyed our stay! Just an FYI a lot of shuttle drivers and taxis didn't know about Jungle Living Tree Houses but we just mentioned that it was across from Cala Lodge and everyone seemed to recognize that!

Really Nice Place
Pros: Location is perfect, close to town but not in the chaos. It's tranquil and has everything you need.If you are lucky you see wildlife in the trees, we saw Koati's from our bed!

An idyllic jungle retreat - not far from the town but right in nature.
Pros: Beautiful forest location. Elevated among the trees with big windows to look out into the woods.
Cons: Very windy so there was quite a bit of noise. This is normal for the area though and just wondering to keep in mind.
