Great stay extremely central! Good for making friends

Pros: The rooms were clean, it had a small pool, hammocks, tables and bar stools for a drink with friends.. everything made it very easy to meet new people and socialize. The rooms had lockers (not enough for the guests though, 4 lockers for 6 people), a spacious bathroom. I also appreciated the bathrooms in the common area, it was useful when the one inside the room was occupied. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had a big fridge and dishes, cutlery etc at disposal. Some people left them dirty.

Cons: Nothing to comment.

Poshtel Arenal - Great!

Pros: Didn't look great, from the street, BUT, the inside courtyard was wonderful! As was our room. Only complaint? not even a very valid complaint - they need a new toaster for the common area kitchen... LOL Our time at Poshtel was very good.

Cons: No complaints!

Pros: Great location on the main street round the corner from the bus terminal. Friendly staff, room very clean and comfortable, nice outdoor pool/bar/garden area.

Cons: A bar area is noisy if you want a very early night, but quietens down after 10pm.
