Pros: Good location in safe area, restaurants and supermarkets are close. Staff was very nice. We had an early bus but were able to get breakfast to go. Private room was nice and quiet. It has a shared bathroom that was clean, just had to make sure the dorm isn’t using the bathroom because it’s exclusive to private rooms.

Great location, good value and a comfortable stay.

Pros: Friendly staff, easy to find and clean and comfortable.

Cons: It was a bit cooler when we stayed and unfortunately there are not hot showers so it was a bit chilly.

Pros: If you have some time, go to this side of town. It's a nice and safe part of town (the better side of town, close to restaurants, cafes, and the city center). Fully enclosed beds. Breakfast is good.

Cons: The showers didn't work properly (either hot or cold). The relaxation area wasn't very inviting.

Good stay

Pros: Good hostel which is maintained clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful with information. The kitchen is very big and has all you need though a bit worn out. They'll store your luggage for $2 a day.

Cons: Make sure you keep receipts or proof of payment as you might be asked to pay twice for things otherwise. The location is a bit further out of town so a bit of a walk.

Pros: Staff were great and accommodationing. Gave me some great advice on what to do in SanJose as well. And real milk with my breakfast. Fantastic

Cons: The front door was difficult to find. I arrived pretty late at night, and the door wasn't answered for 3-5 minutes.
