Best place to stay in San Jose

Pros: Very nice welcome, very friendly and helpful stall, clean, well thought facilities to make the place as comfy as possible, attention to details, nice location, and pleasant garden.

Lovely San Jose

Pros: Awesome hostel! My room was very big even with 8 beds inside. There're also 2 bathrooms inside the room. Both room and bathrooms are very clean, they clean it up daily. All staff members are friendly. They offer a free tour which is good for exploring city, also there's a breakfast. The location is very good, you have a KFC and some local cafes and groceries nearby, and the historical center not so far away. The hostel at all is a quiet, comfortable place

Cons: That's not something I didn't like, but I'm not sure why the door is closed at 10 PM. Obviously, if you tell hosts, they'll open it after 10 PM, but I'm not sure about this rule. Definitely not a big deal though

Pros: very tasteful place many things I enjoyed for its beauty, like the wooden stairs, the aquarium and I just came for good night sleep but I got more, great breakfast made with love big respect , work spaces, a beautiful garden, a quiet location and good vibes from the staff

Safe and comfortable stay in San José

Pros: The garden is relaxing and well appointed with good recycling facilities and comfy hammocks. The shared spaces were all really good, including a well equipped kitchen. The hostel is an easy 15 minute walk from Barrio Escalante. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us so well.

peace oasis in city chaos

Pros: The hosts were absolutely lovely and the breakfast every morning was just perfect. Our room had a very nice large bed. It is located in a more calm neighborhood not to far away from the city center or barrio escalante. The Garden was very nice to sit in to enjoy the sun. I would definitely recommend this place !!

Cons: Our bathroom was functional, however warm water was only possible with low water pressure. The bathroom also had few spots here and there and appeared not to be thoroughly cleaned, but it was enough to feel comfortable for our short stay.
