Pros: Beds comfy. Lovely grounds. Decent pools and bar. Good breakfast. Amazing view of the volcano! Staff were very lovely.

Cons: Had to taxi into town as it was around a 30+ min walk however this cost a few dollars each way.

Comfortable hotel in beautiful grounds

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Away from the noise of the town but easy to access the local attractions and restaurants. It is best to have your own transport, there is parking on site. Our room had a balcony with a perfect view of the Arenal volcano and also over the garden filled with many types of birds. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool and hot tub pools were great. There is even a short nature trail in the grounds where we saw hummingbirds. Very comfortable, definitely recommended.

Cons: Surprisingly for a hotel of this standard they do not provide WiFi in the rooms, only the public areas. If you are near enough you might get a signal, we got a weak one on the balcony. Many rooms will get nothing. Haven't experienced this for many years.

Pros: The pool facilities were lovely, so peaceful and a beautiful setting. We saw loads of wildlife just from the hotel! Our hotel room was spacious, clean, comfy and we loved sitting out on the balcony each morning with a coffee.

Very nice stay

Pros: The room was a good size with a nice back porch with some grass, and flowers. Very nice pool and about 7 hot tubs which are warm not hot. Breakfast was excellent lots of choices. It's about 8 minute drive to town.

Cons: Bed could have been a bit softer, it rained alot so it would have been nice to have something to hang wet clothes to dry

Pros: The breakfast had a good variety with fresh & healthy food. The pool area & separate jacuzzis were very relaxing, and the balcony was nice to sit and listen to the birds.

Cons: The WiFi didn’t work in our rooms, but this was marketed as a place with free WiFi (and the receptionist said the WiFi was available throughout the hotel).
