Nice place, we loved it!

Pros: We visited Nandel with my 13 years old dog and he had a great time. I appreciate pet friendly places. The pool was nice and clean. All the staff were very nice too.

Cons: The restaurant isn't pet friendly, so we have to move far away from the restaurant tables to have our breakfast. This could be improved having a pet friendly area with tables and shade for the visitors with pets.

Great base for exploring this beautiful area

Pros: Location is great for exploring the area. Pool area and private beach were lovely. Room was huge and comfortable and the seaview from the balcony was a bonus. Breakfast was good and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Hotel facilities are open to the public so pool area can be busy. No mini fridge in room to keep bottled water cold.

Pros: The place is very nice, have to do some work on general maintenance, rooms are confortable, breakfast is very good and beaches around are perfect. Workers are vey nice. Price is very good.

Pros: The assistance from Albert at arrival when no room was available, as confirmed, just hours before. He managed to put me in a larger room, which was very customer centric to create a good start to my stay. Phillips was a great guy in charge, and staff, young lady and guy, were friendly and treated me like a special guest. He will be key reason for my return; Gracias Phillipe!

Cons: Few amenities in room, like tissues, coffee to suggest 2. I drink Imperial Ultra, and it was not available. Additional training may be necessary for staff to welcome people, and ask the room number first so if a single item is ordered they don't ask for payment on each item until dining or drinking is done.

Pros: Delicioso 😋 comida en general. Instalaciones bellas y cuidadas 🥰. Excelente armonía con flora y fauna. Buen servicio. Amplias habitaciones. Totalmente convidada a volver al hotel y a la zona. Hermosas playas se visitan.

Cons: Bathroom could do with some improvements (shower especially) but nothing crazy. The constant wind gets annoying if you're not here for kitesurfing...
