A very great stop for a relaxing stay with the family

Pros: The villas and swimming pool are great. Comfortable beds, good AC, hot water. The cleaning staff were super helpful and friendly, they checked us in and went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

Cons: Management seems a bit disorganized. They never sent us check-in instruction codes and never replied to the phone when we called them several times when we realized the \

Lovely pool, friendly staff, clean, great bed!

Pros: Bed was amazing! Place is newish so in good condition. As the pools are shared there was a family atmosphere which was nice. Best of all dogs are allowed ( I didn’t take mine)! Big shout out to Nana although not sure who she belonged to but she liked belly rubs and treats! The girls who cleaned the rooms and ran the place were smiley (no English) and very hard workers.

Cons: Serious issue with locus. Although not harmful they look scary and people were regularly freaked out by them. Although it was nice sharing the pools with other families on our last day a family arrived and the atmosphere changed. They were allowed to play loud music, shout, drink heavily and just generally quite intimidating. Nothing was said to them and we retreated into our room. If this had happened at the beginning of our week stay it would have become an issue.

Pros: Beautiful pool and common areas, rooms were well laid out and comfortable

Pros: This was an awesome little hotel. The the two rooms are split up by a little outdoor courtyard which was awesome. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils you'd need. The rooms were spacious & really clean. Staff friendly. The pool area was lovely and spacious. We were super lucky and had a troop of howler monkeys outside our room one afternoon. Heaps of parking around there as well. Would suggest having a car to be able to get around there but also loved being out of the hustle and bustle and more with nature. We would defiantly stay there again.

Cons: Der Kühlschrank ist im zweien Schlafzimmer etwas laut

It was ok.

Pros: Breakfast did not come on our 1st day. We only got breakfast 1 time for the week we were there. Also the staff o ly cleaned the room 1 time in 7 days. We also had to be asking for fresh beach towels several times. Our bath towels were never changed.

Cons: Room service. Breakfast. Fresh towels. Bed needs bedside mats.
