Was pleasant except the wait to check in

Pros: We loved all the art on display and location of hotel

Cons: We arrived at 1pm and had to wait until 3pm to check in. By then the line up to check in was quite long.

Pros: Lots to look at - it's like an art gallery. Lots of good restaurants, 2 grocery stores, etc. within walking distance. The airport shuttle was $30 for 2. The roof deck with pool was nice. All in all, a great place to stay.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with wonderful artwork everywhere in SantaAna. It was close to a golf course and to the airport. Towels and bathroom products felt luxurious

Relaxing and very comfortable in every way.

Pros: It was very clean, and I can not complain as the cleanliness of a hotel is so important that’s my number one. It’s beautiful inside love the statues and art work. staff are polite considerate and very helpful in every way and really go out of their way to make sure that things are the way you need it to be

My stay was comfortable and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was clean with excellent interesting art decoration. The room was spacious.

Cons: No coffee/tea/ biscuits available in the room.

Pros: Amazing place, love the art there. The staff is very professional and helpful. Impressed by the air conditioning in the gym which is an issue in most of the hotels. It's a quiet place despite the location on the main street. I must say that it was the only hotel in Costa Rica,where the price you pay corresponds to the service you get.

Great costumer service

Pros: Great location in general and close to the airport. We enjoyed the room size and the comfy beds also the option of free parking. After we left I noticed that I must have forgotten my hoodie in the room. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and was quickly assisted by Diego Quesada. He located the missing item and arranged a taxi ( extra costs obviously) to get it to the airport. Thanks again for helping out and for your quick response, Diego!
