Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely setting. Comfortable, clean rooms. Good value for money.

Beautiful relaxing stay

Pros: The property was amazing with incredible views, tucked away from the busy world. We booked this for one night so we could recover from our flight before we had a long drive to our next location and I wish we had stayed longer. The room was massive and lovely, the pool was gorgeous and we it had to ourselves first thing before we left to walk the Mantra trail which is right on the doorstep and was worth a visit.

Cons: While we didn’t mind it’s worth mentioning that the road up to the hotel was steep, the kind that when you are driving up you are looking directly into the sun and felt like the car would tip backwards at any moment, but it’s all part of the adventure. Also when we came to check out there was no one to be found a bit like a ghost town so left our keys and off we went.

Paradise on the outskirts of the city

Pros: Beautiful gardens and outside of the general business of San Jose. Saw lots of wildlife in the gardens of the property. Breakfast was fantastic

Cons: Very hard to use coffee machine. Step down into the bathroom was lethal!

A top hotel experience in San José

Pros: Located in a coffee plantation, the hotel has a remarkable history. Very quiet and cozy rooms. An outstanding view over San Jose with a nice sun set. Good food and top bar in the garden.

Cons: Access difficult road very slippery Only guests in the hotel would have up graded to more spacious room

Pros: Ruhige Lage, schönes Ambiente mit Ausblick und vielen möglichkeiten zum entspannen.

Cons: Kein kostenloses Trinkwasser im Zimmer, Wege abends z.T. sehr dunkel - vorgesehene Taschenlampe ging leider nicht.

Pros: La ubicación, por la calma y por el clima. En el día es caliente para estar en la piscina y por la noche frío para estar en la fogata, muy bonito.

Cons: La comida del restaurante, muy grasoso con los olores partidos muy grande, los cubiertos viejos de los que guardan suciedad.

Pros: Le meilleur site de notre séjour au Costa Rica. Un havre de paix qui nous a permis de contempler les toucans que nous n’avions pas encore vus. Un personnel aux petits soins qui a satisfait toutes nos demandes. Une villa décorée avec goût, beaucoup d’objets chinés ce qui rend l’ensemble harmonieux niché au cœur de la végétation. Massages, piscine, restaurant, petit déjeuner complètent ce magnifique tableau. Nous recommandons vivement.
