Pros: The staff were very helpful and smiley. The inside/outside nature of the bar and eating area is delightful being almost within the beautiful garden. The breakfast was very good and timings were flexible.

Cons: The staff could have been more helpful with onward transport bookings . We were quoted an extortionate price for a taxi which , when we booked it ourselves , was a third of the cost. The buses were not mentioned either.

Pros: Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück (lokal, also Reis mit Bohnen und Eiern, plus Früchte), sauberes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Bett bequem, super für ein paar entspannte Nächte nach einem langen Flug nach San José.

Cons: Einmal ging das Wasser aus, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr proaktive Kommunikation über Angebote (Touren, Möglichkeiten für Ziele innerhalb Costa Rica) erhofft, aber dazu fehlten uns wohl Spanischkenntnisse.

Perfekt um erstmal anzukommen

Pros: Leckeres Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, Kommunikation vorab, Hilfe bei Flughafentransfer und Organisation des Mietwagens, perfekt um erstmal im Land anzukommen

Cons: Personal vor Ort spricht nur Spanisch, das Bett knarzt bei jeder noch so kleinen Bewegung

Pros: Der Garten ist wunderbar zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Sehr gute Lage zum Flughafen.

Cons: Für 4 Personen war unser Zimmer etwas klein.

Pros: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und hilfreich, es wurden viele Tipps für die Umgebung und allgemein für unseren Reisestart in Costa Rica gegeben (für uns sogar sehr praktisch auf deutsch ☺️). Außerdem wurde uns sehr gut bei der anschließenden Transferbuchung geholfen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies, schön zum relaxen!

Cons: Das einzige, was bemängelt werden kann, waren ein paar Flecken auf Handtüchern und der Bettwäsche.
