Fine for a quick San José visit for doctor's appointments

Pros: The beds were wonderful and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great. Room was fine. Front desk was helpful with getting us cabs.

Cons: Not enough electrical outlets! One under the desk (had to go on the floor on hands and knees to reach it). One behind the bed - not accessible. One in the bathroom. For 2 people with laptops, phones and watches to charge: NOT ENOUGH! Please update your outlet situation.

Pros: Gute Lage für einen Zwischenstopp. Einchecken war auch nachts kein Problem. Gutes Frühstück

Cons: Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen....Teppichboden, Duschen in der Badewanne, sehr rustikal

Cómoda estancia en San José

Pros: Muy buen hotel. Habitaciones algo viejas pero buena calidad-precio. Muy bonitas áreas sociales, bonita piscina y buen gym. Las habitaciones tienen una máquina de café que me encantó que estuviera allí… Muy tranquilo realmente. Cercano a lugar del evento por el cual estuve en San José y de Bares y Restaurantes de buena calidad.

Cons: La poca cordialidad de los trabajadores a excepción de un chico que vi en las noches y que entendí tiene muchos años trabajando allí, no se si es uno de los gerentes, que fue súper amable. Del resto ni respondían los buenos días o buenas noches. La caja de seguridad no funcionaba y nunca fueron a verla. El televisor muy viejo. Hoy día todo es streaming. Terminé viendo lo que quería ver por mi laptop.

Gute Wahl bei Ankunft oder Abflug

Pros: Wir hatten das Hotel schon das erste Mal in Costa Rica (2020). Was uns gut daran gefällt ist die Nähe zum Flughafen. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Im Zimmer selber war kein Kühlschrank aber die Rezeption hat meine Medikamente zur Kühlung in die Küche gegeben 👍. Das Frühstück ist gut. Man kann aber auch im nebenliegenden Rosti frühstücken.

Cons: Beim Check in braucht man etwas Zeit. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Diese Buchung war nicht vorhanden. Es dauerte einige Zeit um das klarzustellen.

Great day for a couple days, and the restaurants nearby are really good and the staff is friendly and this place smells

Pros: We love that it was close to a lot of the amenities, as well as having restaurants on property was really cool. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. It’s not just your yoghurt and apples. It’s almost like a full buffet breakfast. It’s really nice.

Cons: Didn’t like that the pool was dirty, they could use to maintain that a little bit more, and if you were here for a couple days, stay not having a fridge in the room was a little disappointing. Makes it hard to want to buy some foods to keep with you. And the traffic getting out of the hotel was a little much but if you’re an aggressive driver, that’s not an issue. Oh and the cake it was extremely dry so be cautious when you’re buying desserts from the main lobby bar just make sure you’re not ordering a piece of rock.
