Pleasant stay

Pros: The staff is really nice, the rooms are nice and clean. It is located close to a lot of shops and restaurants, so it is easy to get around.

Cons: It is loud and you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel. Guests do not get a key for the front door, so you have to ring the bell each time to go out or in to the front door. So the bell rings also through the night and early morning and it is really loud. But because of this system you also feel safe, but it is inconvenient.

Pros: Easily the most convenient hotel if you have an overnight bus to pick up. Very close to both the Ticabus terminal and the Pulmitan one with buses that go to Guacanaste. Staff are very accommodating and the room is excellent value.

Pros: The people are very nice and helpful. The room is simple and comfortable.

Cons: The hotel is not in the best neighborhood, but the place is very secure in itself, and there are restaurants very close, so there is no need to walk far at night to eat. I went to a place right across the street, and all was good :)

Cheap and good value for price

Pros: Staff was very friendly and always tried to do best to help and improve everything.

Cons: At first my room had no window. And I did not know hot to turn the water hot or it did not work. In the second night they moved me to another room which was better
