Pros: Nice location, hotel was clean in general, personnel was very helpful.

Cons: Breakfast is very poor. Dont expect to have a nice breakfast. Only Americans may like breakfast since they eat junk food. Bed gave me back pain. No slipper or personal kit in the rooms.

Centrally located, near oldest area of San Jose, everything was in walking distance.! Hotel primarily used as meeting

Pros: Breakfast was served well, very enjoyable and delicious, I was fortunate to get a top floor room with excellent view

Cons: Pool presentation was delightful, but hot tub wasn’t working. It was much needed after all the walking

Friendly and helpful

Pros: Very easy to organise a transfer from the airport with the company to get us to the hotel and everyone we dealt with was very friendly. The location is great and the room had a view. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. It was a great starting point for our trip around the country after some long flights.

Cons: It was a bit more expensive than we really would have liked to have spent but the lack of hassle getting there and organising transport to the hotel helped to ease that.

Lovely place to sort out jet lag

Pros: A great starting point after taking 2 international flights to get some rest and get ready for our adventure around Costa Rica. The staff were amazing, rooms were clean and large. If the pool was heated I would have given it 10/10 but my 2 daughters froze getting in.
