Good value for money.

Pros: Clean and good location . Very helpful staff .She changed our non. AC room to AC very quickly when we requested it. We had breakfast only on one day it was quite basic but nevertheless delicious. The location is good ,15 minutes walk to the centre. Nice supermarket and fast food joints around the property.Cheap and cute souvenirs available at the reception. They also did our laundry for a good price.

Cons: No elevator to the third floor. Shower wasn’t working and after repair the water was super hot.Bathrooms are quite small.

Perfect budget space for group travel

Pros: Clean, definitely 2star. Liked attached to restaurant, freshly brewed coffee and communal areas.

Cons: Rooms that were for three people were slightly cramped.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, bed and linen very comfortable, smashing breakfast, it’s located near the shopping areas.

Welcoming, clean, great value and a great breakfast 👍

Pros: Welcoming, friendly , clean, good value, and a smashing breakfast what more could you ask for? A short walk to the local market and then on to the busy centre not far to the Costa Rica museum.

Cons: Privacy, the walls are thin, I was in one better value rooms on the 1st floor however don’t let this put you off as I used the noisy shower during my morning ablutions 😁

My Excellent Stay at Hotel Milan.

Pros: The two reception staff of Melissa and Mauricio were exceptional, and while I could speak Spanish, Melissa was very happy to speak in English and she was a delight in every way being very chatty! When I return to San José I shall stay at Hotel Milan again.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike, for all the staff went out of their way to help.

Pros: Breakfast was nice , location very good , close to both the bus station and also east to walk into central areas.

Pros: Light walls, compact room. Bedside lights were good. Beakfast was very good, several options.

Cons: In room 103 no window, bed was litle bit too soft and bathroom small.

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Good location for bus station, airport and other interest

Pros: Good location from airport. Local to most places and down town. Good receptionist that help you with where to go and directions. Close to bus stations.

Cons: Nothing for the price I paid.
