Great place to stay and great tours organised by them

Pros: Very clean and comfortable with hot water after a rainy couple of days!

Pros: Very good location, comfortable, and super helpful staff

Pros: Room was lovely and very good value for money, balcony was nice with a little bit of a view, was very clean, fridge and coffee maker/kettle was useful. Luis organised our tours and onwards transport and was very helpful

Cons: Little bit of noise from the nearby bars in the evening

Pros: It is good value. Very clean, comfortable enough for the price. It is in town Carter, the village is very small anyway. Any location is convenient if you stay in the town.

Cons: In the early morning, there are people near to get their boat ready for the tours. That can be very loud. It seems like a storage for boat is under the rooms. We were not bordered though.

We would stay here again

Pros: Clean, good location, easy check in and check out, clear instructions, amazing value

Cons: Not a dislike for Tuanis, but just for other travelers' info - nearby restaurants played loud music until 11-12 pm, so it is better to bring ear plugs

Pros: Nice Clean and comfortable.staff were very friendly. Everything is exactly as pictures.

Pros: The staff, Jorge and Luis were super friendly and helpful. They told us everything we need to know about tours and Tortugueiro. Best place to eat and go etc. And the rooms very confty and nice

Great room in Tortuguero

Pros: The room was very clean and well equiped. There is a fridge, coffee maker and a cattle so ideal for a quick breakfast. The room has AC which is highly needed in Tortuguero.

Cons: There were ants in the room. You can hear everything - dogs barking and roosters all night

Good Apartment but dubious relations to local boat companies

Pros: very modern, very clean. comfortable bed and good cooling! you get a little discount at tuanis tours if you pay cash. at the time of writing we paid 25$ for the canoo tour.

Cons: that my booking data without my consent was sold and passed on to private boat transport companies. they await you immediatly at the entrance gate of la pavona parking and urge you to buy tickets for their transportation ships. they even lie to you and tell you it costs the same as the public boat, which is actually cheaper. It feels dubious. So be aware of that if you decide to book here.

Great Location, clean and new.

Pros: Great location, clean and good size room. With a little kitchen with a coffee machine, a fridge, some plates and cutlery in case you want to eat or in our case make some breakfast. Air con works very well.

Cons: The shower had very little pressure, it took us longer to get wash and clean but did it's job in the end. Some roosters near by woke us up every morning at 3am but I guess it's part of being in the country side.
