A very good accommodation close to the airport, though access within the property a bit challenging

Pros: The owner was super nice, friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent, more generous than the average Costa Rican hotel breakfast The setting of the property is very nice, with lots of greenery.

Cons: The path from the parking space to the bungalow was pitched sideways and a little slippery, which was somewhat uncomfortable. Also pulling heavy suitcases up the ascent was not a walk in the park - to say the least.

Great layover from the airport ! Wonderful introduction to Costa Rica!

Pros: Beautiful lodges in the most gorgeous jungle gardens ! Such friendly hosts . We stayed with our children for 2 nights after a very long flight . We had two lodges , very comfortable beds and spotless ! Lovely hammock to sit out in the garden ! We were picked up from the airport very late at night and still had a lovely meal made for us ! Breakfast the next morning was wonderful! The views and the plants were amazing the best introduction to Costa Rica ! Myriam was super helpful giving recommendations of places to eat and see ! We stayed 2 nights to get over our journey before beginning our Costa Rica road trip and it was the perfect place !

Pros: The gardens are amazing. Like really amazing. Saw a toucan within 10 mins of arriving. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons: Was tricky getting in and out of the drive but did get used to it.

Great place to stay and explore the local area. Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation.

Pros: We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Costa Rica than our stay at Nadine’s Paradise! Despite our flight delay, Nadine kindly picked us up at midnight, and we woke up to breathtaking scenery with exotic birds all around. Even the heavy rain couldn’t dampen the beauty of this place. Nadine is a warm and thoughtful host who goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. We’re already hoping to book our last night here on our way back to the airport. Such a special place—merci beaucoup, Nadine! 💚

Cons: That we had to go!

Pros: Very friendly owner, very helpful and accommodating.. The property is a lovely oasis of flowers, birds and trees so close to San Jose. Super handy for the airport : easy access, no need to go into SJ, and Nadine can arrange car rental from the property. Food shops an easy taxi ride away for eating in although Nadine also has a set dinner available if needed. Would return without hesitation

Nice overnight close to airport

Pros: Nice place to overnight. Nice garden with lots of flowers. The room had a nice front porch with a hammock which was nice. Plus its only 15 minutes to the airport..

Cons: The parking area is a bit steep and narrow (bit of a challenge with a big rental SUV. There were many bugs, a spider and a lost cockroach in the room. The bathroom window faces the walkingpath and there are no curtains or anything that would ubstruct peoples view of you showering.

Pros: Wonderful garden, nice and clean room and bathroom, Great Place to relax

Pros: Wake up in paradise! After a long flight this place was the remedy, beautiful gardens, fenced in so the kids can run around and explore. Fantastic breakfast. Close to the airport but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere!
