Absolutely incredible unique and comfortable stay in the jungle stay

Pros: The whole experience was incredible - once in a lifetime and worth every penny . I loved the ethos/ values, the aesthetic, the uniqueness and the complete nature immersion. Can't wait to come back

Pros: Amazing stay! Very nice and good English speaking guide. Knows a lot of all the animals, birds, trees and plants.

Remote ecolodge in primary rainforest with spaceous cabins and helpful and friendly staff

Pros: This is a real rainforest experience. Primary forest is right on the spot. The staff was more than friendly and helpful. The services were excellent. We could hike on our own but there were guided tours, too.

Unique place, hidden gem in the jungle

Pros: The remote location, the owner of the lodge (Pedro) and our guide on the bird watching walk at 6:00 in the morning. The food was really good! The deck of the lodge where we saw animals and birds was also great.

Pros: The entire lodge the area where it's located, the food, the super friendly staff, the walks in nature they offer, perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature.

Cons: The sloths did hide too well during our stay

Pros: Being in the jungle, the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable, the food was nice too

Cons: The comute from the parking to the lodge was a real adventure of 30min by car (due to the mud and the road)

The best we ever had!

Pros: Extraordinary location in the middle of the rainforest! Not easy to reach but worth every step. We had a perfect stay with stunning views to the rainforest from our house and throughout the area. It is a must for every nature lover.

Pros: Staying at Yatama Ecolodge was an unforgettable experience! You’re truly immersed in the jungle, surrounded by incredible nature and wildlife. The tours were amazing and gave us a real sense of adventure. Pedro’s project is inspiring and absolutely worth supporting — you can feel his passion for conservation and sustainability in every detail. We loved every moment of our stay and highly recommend this unique place!

Biologists on tour

Pros: We were there for wildlife, especially amphibians and did guided (night) tours with the staff. They know all the animals around and explained everything very well. The food was delicious! The rooms have fantastic paintings of wildlife inside and are very comfortable even if they are in the middle of the jungle. We saw Cruziohyla and Triprion that was awesome!

Cons: It was everything very good, a nightwalk more just by ourselves (without a guide) would have been the cherry on the cake.
