Fiesta Resort All Inclusive Central Pacific - Costa Rica

We had a great experience.

Pros: I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants.

Cons: It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

Fun fiesta resort

Pros: The name covers it. As a family we loved it. It just offers all you want - on a beautiful beach, friendly staff and far to much food 😉

Pleasant week by the Pacific ocean

Pros: After 8 days of hiking in Arenal and Monteverde we were really looking forward to some R&R, so we're really pleased with the honeymoon suit, bed was really comfy and located on the quieter side of the complex away from the main pools and bar where the music is blurring from 10am till 8pm. However, this is not a 5 star but clearly a 4 star hotel. The mini bar is never stacked, merely there to store your own stuff bought from the onsite shop, there is no body lotion or vanity bits, the room is very tired and alot of the plaster was falling off the walls, coffee pots not always replenished and never teabags, adult pool bar only opens at 5pm, so during the day we needed to walk across the complex to the main bar for a drink....many things missing to make this a 5 star, but was pleasant nonetheless

We had fun, the vibe was really good.

Pros: Very nice property, we liked the breakfast, the pool, palm trees and garden surrounding the pools. The best thing was the overall vibe, music, drinks under palm trees by the pool. Really fun.

Pros: Amazing hotel by the Pacific. Several pools, bars, and restaurants. Staff were lovely, and the entertainment was fun. The food was good. At night it was lit up with lights and with the palm trees all over was a paradise setting

Pros: I liked that is closed and don’t have to drive so many hours

Cons: Good, you don’t have many options of restaurants, I reserved a family suite and I got a conventional room, the air conditioner didn’t work as well.

Pros: We had a very good time at Fiesta Resort and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was very good and varied.

Cons: The rooms were quite noisy, the door like cardboard couldn't keep us away from the noise in the corridor. The noise from the pipes could also be heard as well as the next door neighbours. We would have liked to see more information on the screens displayed about the different activities of the day.

Pros: Food was great Service was very good Everything was very clean

Cons: Room outlets (toma corrientes) and phone didn't work.

Would definitely stop here again

Pros: The room was good cleaned everyday. We had a ground floor room so door opened straight out o the gardens and pool area which was ideal. The pool was good however the water did start to look a little murky after a few days. The pool bar was very good and the service was usually pretty quick. Top tip take a thermal mug cup to drink out of it'll keep your drinks colder for longer. The restaurants were generally very good and the food as well. However at the weekend it got very busy and you would have to wait in a queue to get seated.

Cons: You got a lot of people coming for the day Saturday and Sunday and it gets very busy everywhere. I think they just look at what money they can get in.

Pros: Staff were mainly very nice - liked the grounds and pools. Bar staff delivered service with a smile and made great drinks. Restaurant staff extremely helpful.

Cons: Arnold the night manager was rude. Upon arrival we found our room had a huge leak from a/c in middle of tile floor - slipping hazard plus ants crawling over counter top and something brown smeared on safe. Put into an uncomfortable and noisy time share room for one night - Arnold told us to be happy as this was an upgrade! The alternative was to stay in wet and infested room. Had to make numerous trips to the room and back to reception as phone in operable. This was all after 24 hour journey - no apology or courtesy from resort. Entertainment catered for local guests not English speaking guests
