Pros: The hotel and facilities were outstanding. The free frequent shuttle service between the hotel and thermal springs and spa were very convenient. All staff encountered were friendly and accommodating breakfast buffet was great and food at Toucanes restaurant was very tasty. We only stayed for one night but had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Although this seemed expensive on booking the chance to use the springs both in the evening and exclusively from 8-10am in the morning was fantastic. It made the stay very good value and lot of fun.

Cons: We could not turn off the lights in the wardrobe which because of the design of the cupboard doors (with slats) meant we had lights on all night. The coffee set up meant making a mess in the sink. Capsules would be better.

The best thermal place in Arenal

Pros: The best thermal place in Arenal Volcano. You will find many alternatives to enjoy thermal pools, but this is the best one by far. Natural river pools.

Pros: Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit Costa Rica and enjoy one of the best spa’s ever. The whole experience is amazing and worth of planning the entire trip just to stay here for 2-3days.

Pros: Thermal resort was highlight of our whole stay in CR. It was our second time here, but definitely not last.

Cons: The Tucans restaurant is just average. Food is served nicely, but bland and overpriced.

Pros: The hotel is very nice. Staff was super attentive. We loved the hot springs. They have 25 different pools.

Cons: If you book directly on their website breakfast is included. So best to book directly with them as bookings doesn't include it and it's 30 per person. I already paid a lot for the room so it doesn't make sense that it's not include it.
