Pros: An amazing place in the nature and one step from the village! The owners were very friendly and had plenty of recommendation for activities and tours. We loved it! A peaceful area with Calibris and great view! One of th best places in Costa Rica.

Pros: Wonderful spacious, clean, comfortable room. The location is great and the owners are super nice, friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend and would definitely stay again if I come back.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. His night time rainforest walk is brilliant. Lovely view from a comfy bed.

Cons: Get an upstairs room if you can. There can be noise from above if you are downstairs.

Beautiful Stay in the Monteverde Mountains

Pros: Arelys was very welcoming and informative about what to do around town. She shared a list of free activities to do and restaurant recommendations. The place was very peaceful and overlooked the mountains. The hot water in the shower was another plus! My siblings and I were staying there during Easter and Arelys surprised us with a little Easter basket of goodies :') Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Big-sized rooms and comfortable beds. The owner family were very friendly and gave us some recommendations of interesting activities in the area. Beautiful views from the terasse.

Cons: The walls are very thin so we could hear the voices in the other room. Also, it was extremely windy when we were there and the gusts of wind against the thin construction caused extreme noise and gave an impression as if the house could fall apart any minute. It's a steep climb to the property and parking is not the easiest (on a slope).
