Pros: Bed linnen and dorm was cleaned everyday. Friendly owner and desk. Close to the center with food places and supermarkets. Towels are available for 2$. Breakfast is included: eggs, toast, cornflakes and bananas are available to make your own breakfast.

Good central option in Santa Elena/Monteverde

Pros: Great location and good value, in the centre of Santa Elene/Monteverde town. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean facilities. Great tour options and good wifi too, and a delicious DIY breakfast.

Cons: Everything was good - not exceptional, but good. I would recommend it.

Affordable stay in Monteverde.

Pros: Centrally located in MV the hostel is basic and affordable. Hot showers and well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Bed mattress are very old and need replacing Needs better outside social space Seating in the communal space is also uncomfortable.

Cosy old school hostel which was very friendly and social in the middle of town.

Pros: Super cosy and great location near town. Social and old school style, with fantastic breakfast. Alfonso was very friendly and helpful with planning and activities. Looking forwards to staying here again

Pros: Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, well equipped kitchen, the abundant bird life in the trees outside the kitchen window, and spacious relaxing area. Close proximity to shops and eateries. Staff can book tours and shuttles for you.

Great cheap hostel

Pros: Really nice property, there was only 2 of us in a 6 bed dorm room, so was lovely and quiet. Great secure parking facilities and lovely owner. Would definitely recommend.
