Good value, great views

Pros: Great location, stunning views, nice breakfast, hot showers.

Cons: There were no sheets on the bed, so glad we had packed liners to sleep in. Bear in mind Monteverde can get cold, wet and windy and the room got quite cold, so pack extra layers.

Cons: Little walk to the centre (but close, 5mins) Road noise (especially the triple room)

Really great value for money and friendly staff

Pros: The deluxe room is spacious and has an amazing view down to the distant coast over fields of green from the balcony. We also saw capuchin monkeys in the trees directly next to it as well as a Colibri. For the very fair price they charge, this B&B is a really good option.

Cons: We heard some noise from the street but that did not really bother us.

Loved the stay!

Pros: Beautiful place, beautiful view! Beds were really comfortable and the whole place is very clean! The host are kind and helping with everything. Good warm shower.

Cons: It would be nice if there was oil in the kitchen to cook with and everyday clean towels to dry the dishes with. But thats it, really loved the stay

Pros: Really nice place with beautiful view! White-faced capuchin came to say hi during our stay. Breakfast was nice and we ended up extending 3 more days to enjoy relaxing environment here. The day we left we needed to wait for our bus until afternoon and they let us stay at the common area until then.

Cons: Kitchen was open only until 8pm so it was a bit of rush when other people are also cooking since there’s only 2 gas cooktops.

Pros: It was verry good for a low budget B&B Fruit and toast with eggs for breackfast You could cook verry nice in a clean kitchen And you can walk easily to the city center where you have a lot of options for eating and drinking We dicided to stay two nights longer

Pros: The shared kitchen was good, and the rear balcony was great for watching the local wildlife. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room on the front which was quite noisy from the road, both early in the morning and until quite late at night. The mattress on the single bed was lacking some padding and was a bit uncomfortable.

Loved the balcony, breakfast and view

Pros: Great place with hostel vibes, serving amazing breakfast. I really liked the large balcony, you could overlook the mountains and we spotted monkeys and tucans!
