Pros: Great views from our room, it was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious and the best we’ve ever had while traveling!

Very enjoyable stay, would recommend to everyone.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Close proximity to the main town that we could walk to have dinner and to attractions in the town. Gardens were well maintained & encouraged birds to visit.

Cons: The walls between units were quite thin, we could hear our neighbours talking. A small cupboard on both sides of the bed would be helpful.

Cons: No fault of the hotel or staff, but there were noisy guests at 2:00. Loud talking in the garden.

Servicio y desayuno excelente en el centro de Monteverde

Pros: El personal fue asombroso, nos trataron de la mejor manera. El desayuno estuvo increíble. El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación en el centro de Monteverde. Hay animales bonitos cerca.

Cons: Se escucha un poco lo que hablan en los cuartos contiguos. Había una pequeña luz en el TV que podría incomodar por la noche.
