We loved it!

Pros: Everything was exceptional! The staff were amazing. Food fabulous! and the view from the rooftop lounge cannot be beaten for sunsets.

Cons: No coffee maker in the room.

Fresh hotel with great food and welcoming staff

Pros: Very nice, fresh and clean hotel. Good location: close to shops and restaurants. Staff is cool. Room size is descent but ok for layover as during the day you are on tours. Amenities in the room good. Towels and pillow cases changed every day. Beds comfortable. Restaurant is like Michelin star: fresh and tasty. Rooftop bar with sunset view is amazing and barman is cool! Parking next to the door. Wifi excellent.

Cons: Taking into account the weather conditions in Monte Verde room is humid. it is necessary some place to dry your clothes after tours. Room nor bathroom have no any heating meaning that all towels and your clothes are humid. If hotel uses solar energy it would be great to have at least some heating element in bathroom or heated floor. It was not very comfortable to stay in the room when it is too humid.

The best hotel

Pros: The staff at the place is very kind and warm, they helped us book activities and restaurants in Monteverde, I would like to especially mention Roxana, Marisol and Valeria, the best. The location of the hotel is great, few minutes from all the restaurants and bars. The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast is beyond great. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at Monteverde!
