Great friendly stay. Worth getting one of the higher rooms.

Pros: A beautiful hotel with fantastic sunset views. The reception staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. Rooms very comfortable and spacious and worth paying the extra for one of the high rooms giving the great views. Restaurant is good for evening meal and breakfast, if a bit expensive but there are plenty of good local restaurants nearby in easy walking distance. Quite a steep walk down into town - and even steeper on the way back. Plenty of parking.

Cons: All very good. No complaints

Excellent view and great location!

Pros: Breakfast was nice; happy hour was GREAT! With a fabulous view!! Location was convenient for walking to town and to the night walk; helpful and friendly staff

Pros: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent as were the waiting staff. The view from our room was really amazing.

Great rooms, location and access to adventure deals

Pros: Great room on the highest level with views right over Monteverde but I imagine it could be tough if you have mobility issues. The room was massive and the access to discounted rates at the Salvetura adventure park was well worth it. We only had breakfast in the hotel and eat all other meals in town particularly The Green and Choco Cafe both just down the road.

Cons: Service at breakfast wasn't the best.
