Always amazing

Pros: Everything was great, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is nice, staff is always nice and helpful and a pool is super helpful with kids

Good, comfortable stay.

Pros: Overall, the hotel is good, and my room was comfortable. It was clean and organised and had everything needed for a basic but comfortable stay while exploring San Jose. I would equate it to a Holiday Inn Express. I did not explore much of the facilities, but I did try the restaurant, and the food was okay, but nothing extraordinary - I would recommend trying some of the restaurants in the area rather. The breakfast provided was quite basic, but it was reasonably tasty. The staff were all super-friendly and helpful and allowed me a late checkout that I requested.

Cons: I only stayed one night in the end, but there was nothing that I specifically did not like.

Good option for a short stay after a long flight.

Pros: The hotel was a short drive from the airport and that was great since I had been traveling for several hours and had a layover, arriving at midnight I just wanted to check-in and get to bed.

Cons: The room key didn't work at first on the elevator and then it didn't work to open the room door. I had to head back to the receptionist for assistance but when I went back to the room the second time I was able to open the room door successfully on my own thankfully.

Enjoyed my stay although short. The receptionist was very helpful and the hotel shuttle was good.

Pros: Liked the size of the room and bed bathroom was also large and comfortable breakfast was good. .Hotel was close to some stores -wal-mart, Old Navy and a few others.

Cons: Bathroom could have included body lotion

Nice but noisy

Pros: The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff was nice. The buffet opened early, making it ideal if you have tours.

Cons: You can hear the street noise from the room, as well as noise from other rooms. I'm not a light sleeper, but I woke up several times during the night because of the noise.

Pros: The location is EXCELLENT! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, the staff were extra friendly and the food was delicious!

Convenient location for shopping in the city

Pros: Stayed here before a few times, location is good if you are coming shopping to the city and have a car. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly, and the breakfast is very good for buffet style. They also have good underground parking.
