Great location and comfortable room

Pros: Comfortable room. Free use of laundry facilities. Great breakfast. Friendly reception staff and lady at the bar. Great location. Easy parking.

Cons: Everything was good except management & breakfast staff were not so cheerful and no decaffeinated coffee available at breakfast. Otherwise it was a very good choice.

Our Stay

Pros: The staff are nice. We spoke with Tiffany and she was very accommodating. Our room is great, especially the kitchen. Just a quick note, the towel rack in the bathroom is broken, so we’re being careful not to hang anything heavy on it.

Cons: One thing I noticed is that while the breakfast selection is great, some items aren’t always fresh. The pancakes were hard, almost like a biscuit.

I Would Stay Here Again

Pros: Everything was GREAT! It was nice to have real food for breakfast. Everything was tasty. I went next door to the AC hotel to by candy and they told me I could pay for it in my hotel. That would never happen in the US. Having a full kitchen made it nice to heat over the leftovers from P.F. Changs. It was a bit pricey, but I enjoyed everything.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We only booked for one night before heading out to Arenal and this was a perfect stopover in San Jose for us. Good location and facilities.

amazing...easy peasy lemon squeezy

Pros: The staff, when I checked in were so very accommodating... everyone was so very friendly and supper dupe sweet! This is my new favorite spot to stay at when I go to Escazu.
