I enjoyed my stay because of the staff, location local dishes and the costarican people.

Pros: The friendly staff, decor, cleanliness, breakfast and lunch buffet, location, taxi and close to CIMA and multiplaza.

Cons: The shower head was not powerful.

Excellent stay, with amazing staff and a great breakfast! Close to malls, food and entertainment!

Pros: I travelled for my birthday. The staff was very warm and accommodating; and ensured that I felt true Costa Rican hospitality during my stay.

Cons: The AC in the room was a wee bit noisy, but would cycle intermittently to keep the room at the desired temperature. So, with time, the noise was easily filtered out.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, warm and interested on my stay. Breakfast was great.

Cons: Room Lightning could improve a little. Restaurant menu didn't offer a lot of options, but tasted very nice.

Courtyard Marriott Escazu

Pros: I loved the people who work there. So warm and friendly and so helpful. I especially liked Karol (Karrol), Valerie, Stefano, Argelis, Stefanie and Natalia, just to name a few. The people made it a great place. Also the hotel is located across from a nice shopping center with very good restaurants, including Out Back and a good Peruvian restauant. Transportation is always available if you don't want to drive. Great breakfast buffet and good room service.

Cons: I did not like being assigned a room adjoining someone else's room. I prefer a room with four solid walls. I changed rooms after a week. You shouldn't be able to hear your neighbor snoring.

Excellent hotel, I wish they have more guests from Europe

Pros: The breakfast was good, but I must say, not according to Europe standards. The room was excellent, they gave us a glass of champagne as welcome, everybody in hotel was very kind and attentive, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit weird, bc you have to cross the highway to get to shopping mall, lot of walking, but very short drive (our taxi driver told us that).

Cons: Just a breakfast little more adjusted to European standards, but I guess they don't have many guests from Europe.
