Excellent accommodation with big gym and good rooms

Pros: We only had one night at AC hotel Marriott but extremely pleased with our room , check in and the big gym. We found a choice of good restaurants and cafes near by.

Overall good experience. The area is nice and you get what you pay for.

Pros: The breakfast options were extensive. The process of ordering and getting breakfast seemed more complicated than it needed to be though. Other than that the stay was great, the gym and lobby area were nice.

Cons: Just the process of ordering breakfast. They don’t tell you that you only get 2 meals free, even if you’re a family of 4. They also don’t specify who has to pay for the breakfasts and who gets free ones.

Great

Pros: Personalize service and attention once we arrived earliest than check in time. Rooms were ready early than expected with kindly contact from the hotel.

Short stay in Escazu. Perfect end to the trip with exceptional hotel staff and care.

Pros: This hotel was perfectly placed in the shopping district of Escazu. The food court nearby was fantastic and walking distance to nearby malls. The staff were excellent. I left my phone in a shop just before closing and they went over and beyond to help me get it back to me after I had had to leave on the early morning flight. Gebim being the exceptional staff here but all the team involved and I am very grateful for their caring and professional service.
