Pros: Hotel was nice and comfortable. The room was big and had everything we needed.

Cons: Staff kept giving us the wrong wifi code so it didn't work the stay. Breakfast was alright but there was a cockroach in the coffee cup when I picked it up. There was no coffee for the coffee machine in the room.

Friendly clean hotel in San Jose

Pros: This hotel was lovely and clean with good spacious rooms and nice facilities. The Wi-Fi was good and the rooftop bar is a lovely bonus.

Cons: Elevator wasn’t working and it was a bit too noisy at night due to one broken window which didn’t fully close

Very good value for money

Pros: Staff was super friendly. Stayed there twice, first when arriving to San Jose and second time almost 2 months later. They really made us feel like they remembered us and were super helpful and welcoming all the time. Location is really good too.

Convenient

Pros: We stayed here overnight to be closer to the airport and it was a comfortable, safe space to do so. The bed was very comfortable, the room itself pretty small, but expectations weren't very high considering the price and we were just there to sleep anyway.

Cons: Some more fresh fruit options for breakfast would have been nice.

Pros: Las instalaciones del hotel y el desayuno, a la vez del servicio del restaurante espectacular, la comida y cantidades super buenas, super rico y un ambiente agradable. Ya hemos vuelto al restaurante y lo volveriamos a hacer.

A good value in a great location in San Jose

Pros: Excellent location next to La Sabana Park; tasty, freshly prepared Costa Rica breakfasts; liked the fresh air from balcony in the room, very clean and well maintained building

Cons: Would be nice to have a tea kettle available to borrow, wifi was a glitchy at a times (hot spotting was ideal as a backup for video calls)
