A+++. See you next Time

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, and all of the staff were nice & friendly, I only spoke with a few but this is a relaxed, safe and friendly hotel / casino. The big doorman were also charming once they started talking, very helpful. One of them offered to walk the 5 min walk to the shops and ATM if I felt unhappy walking there. I walked on my own & it was fine. Thank you to all of the Taormina people, it is true what they say \

Well managed ,solid 4-star gem.

Pros: Every time I stay here (over 10 years now) I notice improvements,upgrades.Hotel profits seem to be going towards improving the hotel 's interior,exterior,room furniture,etc. That is a sign of a well managed hotel. Another such sign: hotel staff have been employed here for ages .And they all are cheerful and positive. They've added quality wheat bread and cereal to the breakfast options-for us vegans. Strong wifi,very good air con. Comfortable beds,modern bathrooms.
