Nice stay for a couple of nights in the city centre

Pros: The hotel is well located, walking distance to the main pedestrian street and restaurants, it also has parking facilities. The lobby is very nice, and so is the restaurant. The breakfast was good, the staff courteous and friendly. The room was quite large, a little dated but comfortable.

Comfortable overnight stay before going to the airport.

Pros: Good central location. Very comfortable beds. Nice bar area

Cons: No hot water for the shower !

Lovely Hotel, friendly staff and good food

Pros: Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Good food and clean comfortable room. We had limited free time but staff arranged purpose built tour of the waterfalls and coffee plsntations through an agent for us. Our guide, young Andreas was exceptional. Outside the city is much better to see real Costa Rica so take some tours

Cons: The area around the hotel is a bit run down and not safe after dark according to any locals we spoke with. However, i did not feel or see anything to concern me, there were lots of police around. There were lots of drug addict and homeless tyoes, but this is familiar in european cities also and is to be somewhat expected in a city in this part of the world. We used Uber to navigate the city to the pub and restaurant areas close by rather than walk at night. These were cheap.

You have a wonderful property with a great staff and this makes it a positive experience.

Pros: Your Staff at the front desk was awesome and helpful. The room was very clean. The bartender at the bar was very nice and provided great service. Your valet attendant provided great service. Great clean property. Highly recomended.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that one of the towels used for showering was tearing apart. It looked like an old towel. For such a wonderful property, your guests should be provided with the best experience there is. You had better towels in the gym. I also did not like the fact that there was a screw sticking out and was not screwed in where you adjust the water in the shower. A guest could easily have cut their finger.

Superb location, COMFY beds

Pros: Very nice hotel, presented very well. The staff went above and beyond for my partners birthday. Travelling from the UK I was struggling for ideas for him - Abdaly and Dominik were exceptional in assisting. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Oh and we had an early start and they prepared us a bag for 4:30am. Very good thank you.

Cons: Nothing to comment.

La noche del baile de los planetas

Pros: La vista, desde la esquina del piso número 15 El tamaño de las habitaciones es muy bueno

Cons: Qué el servicio del restaurante y el bar se cierra muy temprano

ME ENCANTÓ EL HOTEL, SE DESCANSA BIEN Y TIENE BUENA VISTA DE LA CIUDAD

Pros: La CAMA es fantástica, dormí profundamente. La vista es espectacular porque puede verse la ciudad desde el séptimo piso, con aire acondicionado.

Cons: Al parecer estaban haciendo unas reparaciones en la mañana así que hubo un poco de ruido, pero fué poco rato. La habitación se observaba como limpiada superficialmente, aunque la cama si estaba LIIMPIA.

Pros: Buenas opciones de desayuno, buena vista en habitación, bonita zona de piscina.

Cómodo y muy bien ubicado

Pros: Las instalaciones muy limpias y el trato del personal de los diferentes servicios muy atentos y amables. Habitaciones confortables y una céntrica ubicación.

Cons: En el bar La Palma duraron una hora y diez minutos en traernos un ceviche y un tartar de atún. Demasiado tiempo considerando que había muy poca gente en el bar. El bartender muy amable tuvo que insistir varias veces a la cocina para que atendieran el pedido.

No funcionó bien el aire acondicionado

Pros: Me gustó la atención del personal del hotel. Muy amables .

Cons: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.
