Perfect spot for San Jose

Pros: The hotel was in a great location for exploring San Jose - just a 20 minute walk to the main attractions and half an hour, by car, from SJO airport. Car parking was on site and free. The receptionist was so lovely and welcoming.

Cons: The breakfast could have been a little better and possibly more aligned to international traveler tastes.

Fantastic staff, 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of San Jose

Pros: The staff at the hotel were fantastic! Staff on the reception desk all of the maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious, but a bit tired and in need of some updating.

Cons: Some more upgrading of the rooms would bring this hotel some sparkle again

Very comfortable stay

Pros: The room was huge, the beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was fantastic and the breakfast spread was great

Cons: It's actually a huge property so it was a little bit of a maze to find our rooms.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was tasty and the staff were very hospitable.

Cons: I didn't realize the hotel was so far from the airport and the shuttle wasn't free.

Good quality hotel but location not great

Pros: We stayed in a king suite. The room was huge! The bed was comfy, good pillows, great shower, good air conditioning. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Location - isn’t really near anything. We had to uber everywhere (but uber was cheap). Restaurant was only ok.

Lovely hotel but don’t eat breakfast here.

Pros: Central location, the beds were extremely comfortable, everything was clean, staff were all very polite and friendly.

Cons: We found the food at breakfast very unpleasant. All of the bread, to make toast or something with was hard as a rock, completely stale. Who knows how long it had been sat there. Same with the pastries. Everything else tasted really bad even the fruit. The only thing we could eat and enjoy was cereal.

Great place to stay in San Jose.

Pros: The staff were lovely, great pillows, great water pressure in the shower. The omelette station was excellent at breakfast. An easy walk to the city centre.

Great gym, room and food

Pros: The gym was amazing, lots of varied equipment and not just the usual cardio nonsense. The rooms were great and we had a great meal in the restaurant
