Pros: Alles!!! Service is zeer hoog. Kamer is fantastisch Netjes en schoon. Bed is comfortabel. Uitzicht bij zwembad is top. Lekker zwembad ook! Restaurant is zeer goed en een leuke en verassende ontbijt kaart.

Cons: Niks. Als je hier iets op aan te merken hebt ben je echt verwendt.

Nous avons un séjour merveilleux!

Pros: Tout!!! Le calme, la gentillesse de Virginia, Carlos et du reste de l’équipe. L’agencement des bungalow est particulièrement bien réussi, le resto de l’hôtel était top aussi! Certes ce n’est pas au centre ville et l’accès est un peu difficile mais on était prévenu et on cherchait du calme, donc ça nous allait parfaitement.

Extrem sauberes/gepflegtes Hotel

Pros: Sauberkeit auf toptoptop Level! Sehr gepflegte Anlage und schneller Wäsche-Service. Schöne Aussicht und erfrischendes Pool.

Cons: Das Bett war sehr hart. Das Hotel hatte einen Topper angeboten, doch wirklich komfortabel war dieser für uns ebenfalls nicht (subjektives Empfinden). Zudem war das Zimmer tagsüber (April = heisseste Saison) sehr warm/heiss. Ungünstig kommt dazu, dass es leider ab ca. 14:30 keinen Schattenplatz am Pool/Zimmer (Ocean View) gibt. Der oft starke Wind verunmöglicht ein aufstellen von Sonnenschirmen. Tipp: Auto mit 4WD sehr empfohlen…

Absolutely fantastic

Pros: We loved the pool area and the wonderful staff took great care of us. We utilized the shuttle to town for dinner a few times but found the food at the resort to be better.

Cons: We were there at the hottest time of the year and the AC had a hard time keeping the room cool in the heat of the afternoon. This was our only negative.

Pros: Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön, es gibt einen tollen Infinity Pool, das Zimmer war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Bei einer Geburtstagsüberraschung halfen sie, alles zu organisieren und arrangieren. Sie konnten auf meine Glutenfreie Ernährung gut Rücksicht nehmen und wussten gut Bescheid.
