Beautiful

Pros: Excellent facilities and beautiful setting. Lovely room and really enjoyed the little indoor/outdoor area we had. We had some fun evenings at the bar too.

Cons: Not enough shade for the sun loungers especially as one side of the pool wanted to charge extra for the shady beds. This was really intermittent so the system was not clear at all.

Excellent

Pros: It was amazing, lovely stuff and beautiful surroundings. Room was big and comfortable too.

Cons: The cleanliness didn’t really meet the standard I was expecting, and it felt overpriced for what was offered. Despite that, it was still worth the experience.

Pros: Great staff, great location, clean rooms, calm happy environment where nothing is too much trouble

Cons: The noise from the building work!! Tarnished our stay if I’m honest. Hoped work would stop over the weekend but it continued even on a Sunday

We hope to come back it was fabulous!!!!

Pros: The property is beautiful, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They encourage you to speak Spanish but are very low-key about it. It is right on the pacific warm ocean and you can hop between the pool and the ocean.

Cons: My only complaint is we wished they had more Costa Rican food. They have a seafood restaurant and a Mediterranean restaurant. Both the food was a little overworked. We wish they had more authentic Costa Rican and casual restaurants. We did greatly appreciate the kids menu.

Always nice to return

Pros: We come every year and it’s always as good as the first time.

Cons: It has beautiful grounds. Well kept and great location. The beach is very quiet no big waves so if looking for surf it’s not the hotel-location for it unless you are ok going to adjacent beach locations.
