Great place to unwind and relax.

Pros: Staff couldn’t be more helpful, our bungalow was great and the quiet pool was exactly what we wanted.

Cons: There is a louder main pool which was less interesting for us but there’s another much quieter pool area so not a problem.

5 star service is very good

Pros: Food was very good and a lot of choices. 2 nice swimming pools.

Cons: There were bed bugs in room 204, I noticed the last morning I was there on January 9th 2024. Not many activity's for sports. Tennis is in reality 2 small pickleball courts.

Cons: Que esta vez la habitacion tenia escaleras para llegar. Aunque trataron de asignarnos una que no tuviera tantos escalones aun así fué un poco incómodo. Pero me imagino que la que nos asignaron hace 2 años estaba ocupada

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff is great and the place is very clean and well

Pros: The greenery was amazing, and they did a great job keeping up with everything. It was very clean.

Cons: Kind of isolated. Could have more seating outside by the pools. Dress code seemed a little bit too much.

Overall great experience and I’d come back, great staff!

Pros: Close to airport, great cocktails, staff was incredible every time including drivers, bartenders, waitresses

Cons: Few restaurants and the different menus should include more options. Also, I did not like to see an unique restaurant for people who paid for concierge. All should be inclusive. Sometimes it was boring waiting for the shuttle. Beach is fine, definitely there are better beaches in Guanacaste but not close to main resorts.

A estadia foi impecável! Surpreendente! Maravilhosa!

Pros: Tudo! Desde a rouparia até os produtos corporais ! Quarto tem uma vista maravilhosa! Os funcionários são muito carinhosos e atenciosos ! Os motoristas das vans sempre foram rápidos e nos atenderam além do levar e trazer, fizeram nossos trajetos do quarto ao restaurante sempre interessante, contando histórias, explicando tudo do hotel, cultura! Comida impecável! Eu e meu marido amamos

Unas vacaciones muy agradables!!

Pros: En general todo fue bueno. Cosas por mejorar: los vinos q ofrecen muy regulares y si queriamos uno bueno, era carisimo. No nos gusto que en un restaurante para Vip Hyatt, solo nos dejaban hacer reserva para la cena SI comprabamos un vino caro. Pero no todo fue asi: el personal es maravilloso. El restaurante japones y el tepanyaki fabuloso! El mar es espectacular. Mejorando esas cositas quedaria un super hotel! ! Vale la pena
