Hotel Tamarindo Diria Beach Resort

Pros: Pool and garden are great, so big and beautiful. Breakfast was great too. Love this hotel

Pros: The hotel is excellent, the breakfast is excellent, and there are many pools and a beautiful beach.

Cons: Our room was on the other side of the hotel, away from the lobby and main pool and this was not made clear when booking. The price of the hotel is very high.

Pros: The location was lovely, the tour desk was very helpful

Pros: They clean the room well and the employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is awesome with a lot of choices. There are a lot of restaurants around and the hotel is located in town.

Cons: No microwave in rooms.

Pros: Overall had a pleasant experience, especially because we chose an adults-only room. This gave us a sense of privacy and tranquility, which we really appreciated. The location is also excellent, the area is full of restaurants and everything is easily accessible, whether you’re looking to explore the beach, grab a bite to eat, or book an activity. The stuff was very friendly as well. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the convenient location, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Cons: One major inconvenience was the hairdryer setup in the bathroom. It was attached inside a drawer, with the cord running through it, making it nearly impossible to use comfortably. You basically had to lean into the drawer to dry your hair. Another downside was the breakfast. While the basics were covered, the variety was quite limited, especially for vegetarians. There were very few alternatives, and no plant-based milk options at all, which was disappointing given the otherwise modern setting of the hotel.

Much better than anticipated

Pros: Really nice facilities with numerous swimming pools, beautiful and private garden away from the bustle outside, good bars and very convenient breakfast location. Great breakfast

Relaxing days

Pros: Location is wonderful. Walking to everything. Breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable.

Cons: Location of room. I asked for quiet and I receive a very traffic noisy room. Lots of rocks in the shallow ocean area and not visible during high tide
