Amazing getaway in Costa Rica

Pros: Amazing pool with swim up bar Great variety of restaurants on the property Stores and entertainment on the property Right on the beach (a small dirt road between the property and the beach) Amazing staff

Cons: Beware of unauthorized extra charges!! I was charged about 3x for a non-alcoholic drink that was a simple fruit juice. I was charged a donation fee without my authorization. When I inquired, they mentioned it was probably taxes, or other fees, etc, and eventually accepted it was a donation they charge to everyone who has charges in the room. Please double check all of your bills! After waiting a long time at the front desk, I still wasn't able to get a refund on the wrong charges, because of several delays or excuses, so I just decided to pay to be able to leave. Cons: Wedding on Saturday night had fireworks that would wake up the whole place,including children and babies...unacceptable!!! so close to hotel Sounded like bombs! Horrible experience..and should not be allowed!!

Amazing location and staff! I had a wonderful vacation!

Pros: Amazing location, the beach is only a few feet away from the hotel, you enjoy the best sunsets, the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and the room was very comfortable. We had a fantastic time and vacation!

Well run hotel, safe and clean

Pros: Good location as the beach was outside the hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Good sized pool with swim up bar. Raccoons at night were good fun to watch. Food was ok, very American and probably great if you like that sort of thing. A la carte you had to book which was just passable as Italian food.

Cons: Expensive for the all inclusive package. Bring mosquito spray as there are mangroves. Not many options for vegetarians.

Pros: Reservamos una noche porque queríamos conocer el hotel. La verdad que nos encantó mucho. Definitivamente volveré a reservar. Las habitaciones súper limpias, las amenidades muy bonitas, lo único es que el bufet no tenía mucha variedad pero todos los demás merece un 100👍

Cons: Primero no es un resort a un hotel , nosotros pagamos todo incluido pero es un tema de los empleados como te están regalando la comida y las bebidas y por la noche 0 amenidades lo bueno es que puedes salir del hotel y dar una vuelta a los alrededores
